Wholesale FAQs and Terms of Agreement
- What is the order minimum? $100 for your first order and $50 for reorders.
- Do I have to buy pre-determined size ranges or pre-packs? No, you can order according to your store’s needs. If you specialize in specific age groups, you’re not required to carry sizes you don’t typically sell. If you only need to reorder a few sizes, that’s perfectly fine!
- Are there any fees, commissions, or monthly quotas? No commissions or monthly quotas. You operate as an independent business/boutique. You simply pay wholesale prices at the time of purchase and agree to maintain retail pricing as listed on RyleeFaithDesigns.com.
- How do I place an order / reorder? Once your wholesale account is approved, you can shop anytime by logging into our website with your email and password. This will give you access to the current available wholesale products. Wholesale prices are shown in pink, and retail prices are displayed in gray.
- How fast do you ship? We typically ship within 1-2 business days via USPS or UPS. Exceptions include holidays and peak market weeks, which may slightly extend processing times.
- What is your shipping policy? We currently do not offer free shipping to keep our prices low and maintain open stock with no minimum reorder requirements. However, wholesale orders of $3,000 or more qualify for free shipping. Rylee Faith Designs is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments once they leave our facility; please contact the carrier directly. We will assist in locating packages or recovering damages if needed. For international or Puerto Rico orders, we will calculate shipping costs with our partners and provide a separate invoice before shipping.
- How is shipping charged? Shipping fees are tiered based on the order amount, taking into account factors such as weight and destination. Here’s our standard shipping rate chart:

- What are the payment terms? Payment is due at the time of order. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal for your convenience.
- Can I return or exchange items? All wholesale sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on wholesale orders. However, if there is an issue with a defective product, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item.
- Do you offer exclusivity? At this time, we do not offer exclusivity for any region or store.
- How can I access marketing materials? Upon request, we can provide Rylee Faith Designs branding and product images to support your promotional efforts.
