SIZING

We have many different manufacturers here at RFD which is why we do not have a standard size chart. Each outfit has a product description on the website & that is where we note how that particular outfit is running & if we recommend sizing up or not. If you ever need measurements on a specific outfit & size, please don't hesitate to email us at support@ryleefaithdesigns.com. We are happy to help you find the right size for your little lady!

SHIPPING

All of our products are in stock and ready to ship unless otherwise noted. We ship most orders first class which is 2-5 days, Monday-Friday. Larger orders are shipped priority which is 1-3 days. We do offer rush shipping for $9.99. Rush shipping is not an overnight service. We simply move your order to the front of the line & ship it Priority Mail {1-3 days}! EVERYTHING ships within 48 hours unless otherwise noted. Shipping times are as follows: 

Monday orders ship Tuesday & Wednesday

Tuesday orders ship Wednesday & Thursday

Wednesday orders ship Thursday & Friday

Thursday orders ship Friday & Saturday

Friday orders ship Saturday (if RUSH shipping is ordered) & Monday

Saturday & Sunday orders ship Monday & Tuesday 

Please note: We are not responsible for packages once they have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location or upgrade your shipping to include insurance. 

RETURNS

We understand things don't always work out! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 30 days. The returned item must be in its original condition, including all tags, packing and accessories and you will receive a prompt refund. We will credit your original payment method less shipping and handling charges. We will, however, refund shipping charges on products that are defective or received in error. Upon receipt of your items, please inspect your order IMMEDIATELY! If you believe you have received the wrong item or a damaged item, you must contact us within three days at support@ryleefaithdesigns.com. Exceptions can NOT be made if you've had the item(s) in your possession for a longer period, if the items have been washed or if they have been worn. We inspect every single item prior to shipping but we can overlook things too so please be sure to inspect your order promptly! We do not accept returns on customized items or clearance items. We encourage you to insure any returned merchandise, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.

  • Please ship your package insured and prepaid via shipper of your choice to 600 West Johns Creek Parkway, Saint Augustine, FL 32092.

Please note: There will be a 15% restocking fee on all preference returns. We do not process exchanges due to the high order volume. If you'd like to "exchange" the item, the best course of action is to go ahead & purchase the item you want, send back the item you don't want & we will issue a prompt refund upon receipt of the exchanged item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable on preference returns (returns made for any reason other than receipt of damaged/defective or incorrect merchandise). PLEASE send us a Facebook message or shoot us an email (support@ryleefaithdesigns.com) to let us know you will be returning!

Holiday items & "Less Than Perfect" items are non-refundable.

 

CONDITION OF USE

We sell quality items, however anything can be broken. Small parts may pose as a choking hazard. Please never leave a child unattended with any of our products. By ordering from us, you agree that we accept NO LIABILITY for use, misuse or lack of supervision while using our products.
